Over the past 2 years, I've discovered my love for pickles and making them at home. I've tried many recipes but found one I loved and put my own spin on it. After that was perfected, I decided I needed to use the pickles in something and get creative. So I made pickle dip! Although it is nice to use homemade pickles in this recipe, use whatever you have or love in any variety of pickle.
Ingredients
12 ounces of whipped cream cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of dill pickles, finely chopped, extra for garnish
3 tablespoons of ranch seasoning
1/2 tablespoon of freshly grated garic
1 tablespoon of dill
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, pickles, ranch seasoning, garlic, dill, onion powder, salt, and ground black pepper. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
Combine well, add extra pickles on top to serve.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Your ready to serve! Serve with wavy chips, pretzels, veggies, whatever your choice of chip is!
I hope you enjoy! This was definitely a hit and a must try!
